General Information
Memberships are $40.00 U.S. for residents of the U.S. and Canada for 12 months. Memberships are $40.00 U.S. for residents outside the U.S. and Canada for 12 months. For U.S. and Canadian memberships, acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, U.S. check or money order. For memberships outside the U.S. and Canada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and international money orders in U.S. funds are accepted. Sales tax is charged for those members located in California, Maryland, New York, and Virginia.
TeamCeline was formed to bring Celine Dion and her fans closer together and to provide a way for members to periodically obtain Celine Dion concert tickets ahead of the general public, when available. The abuse of a fan club membership and those privileges included will not be tolerated.
• TeamCeline membership fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.
• Only one membership is allowed per person. If multiple memberships are found for one person, these memberships will be cancelled without a refund.
• Memberships may not be sold and/or transferred. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership(s) will be cancelled without a refund.
• Members are responsible for updating their own information (mailing address, email address, etc.) with TeamCeline. To update your profile, go to www.teamceline.com, log in and click on “Your TeamCeline.” You can enter your updated information on this page and click “save.”
• We reserve the right to cancel the membership, without return of the membership fee, of anyone who does not conduct himself in an appropriate manner on the TeamCeline Forum (including the use of an inappropriate language, rudeness, threat, intimidation, offensive remarks etc). Please refer to the TeamCeline Forum Rules found in the TeamCeline Forum for additional information.
• By joining, TeamCeline members will receive monthly emails updating them on news and all TeamCeline promotions. Email is the primary source by which we communicate with members and thus any member that does not want to receive email updates must opt-out by contacting Musictoday customer service at teamceline@musictoday.com.
Tickets
TeamCeline makes no guarantees of availability of tickets to TeamCeline members. Tickets for Celine Dion concerts are available on a first come, first served basis only. TeamCeline does not warrant that tickets will be available for every concert date, or for every TeamCeline member.
There is a limit of four concert tickets per member per year. This policy exists to both discourage unfair ticket buying practices and allow as many TeamCeline members as possible to take advantage of this member benefit.
If a member is found reselling TeamCeline tickets, his/her membership will be voided without return of the membership fee. All ticket orders must be placed in the name of the corresponding fan club member. If we discover that an order has been placed in another person's name, we reserve the right to revoke the membership and cancel the ticket order. If you are found to be, or we in good faith believe you are reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that you purchased through this site, we may at our sole discretion cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name.
Legal Policies
Taping
Celine Dion does not allow audiotaping at her live performances. Those found to be taping a live Celine Dion performance will be ejected from the premises. Selling or commercializing any Celine Dion recording is not authorized and is punishable by law.
Audio/Video
All audio and video performances belong to Celine Dion and are not available for promotional use without the explicit prior written consent of management. Please read our Bootleg Statement for more information.
Web Sites
Celine Dion endorses the creation of fan web sites; however, the images and other multimedia found on www.teamceline.com and www.celinedion.com may only be used with management’s prior consent.

Bootleg Statement
A notice to Celine Dion fans about Bootleg Recordings, Television and Radio Broadcasts:
Commercial bootlegs are not only excessively priced and of inferior quality, but primarily, they are illegal in use. We turn to you to assist us with putting a stop to this illicit use of Celine Dion’s music. If you see Celine Dion’s music being used in a questionable manner, we ask you to notify us by fax. Please provide the date, time, station, program name and song used. And don't forget, the battle against bootleggers is an ongoing one. We still encourage you to fax us the name and locations of any retailers or distributors of bootleg CD's along with the titles and quantities in stock. With your help we can stop the flood of illegal recordings and preserve the integrity of Celine Dion’s work. Thanks.
