What is TeamCeline?

TeamCeline is an online members-only VIP Club offering Celine fans a valuable cachet of special privileges. Members enjoy access to a members-only section of Celinedion.com, which features exclusive photos, video and audio clips.  They also enjoy ticket presales, premium seating and a 10% discount on most of Celine's 2008/2009 Taking Chances World Tour shows, regular e-mail newsletters with the latest insider information, discounts on official Celine Dion merchandise, exclusive contests, including the chance to meet Celine ... and much, much more. I do not have access to a computer and/or the Internet; do you have a mail-order fan club?
TeamCeline is a web-based fan club, and you will need Internet access and a valid e-mail address in order to access the many benefits available to TeamCeline members.

How do I join TeamCeline?
To join TeamCeline, click on the TeamCeline section. Then click on “Sign Up Info”. You will be taken to a page that briefly outlines the TeamCeline program. Click where asked and you will be taken to the www.celinedion.com Boutique log in page with a one year membership already in your shopping cart. Click ‘Checkout Now.’

If you are a new customer with the www.celinedion.com Boutique then you must create an account. Click on “Continue” on the box to create a new account. Fill in the required information and click on “Continue”. You will then be taken to the TeamCeline registration page.

If you are an existing customer with the www.celinedion.com Boutique (or have already set up an account) then enter your email and password and click on “Log In.” You will then be taken to the TeamCeline registration page.

On the TeamCeline registration page, enter all the information requested (name, address, etc.) and click on “Continue.”

On the next page, fill in the payment details and click on “Place Order Now”. When your purchase is complete; you will see your order number. You can view your TeamCeline membership details on the “Your TeamCeline” page inside www.teamceline.com.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail outlining the details of your order. It will also provide an activation number and a link to activate your membership. This activation number is your membership number.

How do I renew my membership?
We've made it easy for you to renew your membership. Simply go to www.teamceline.com and log in with your username and password. Click on the RENEW MEMBERSHIP button and choose the link that corresponds to the gift of your choice. From there, you will be taken to the shopping cart page where you can complete your membership renewal purchase. Please note that you must retain your current membership card, as you will not receive a new one. Remember: You have to renew BEFORE YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES to be entered for the chance to win and to choose your free gift!

What method of payment can I use to join TeamCeline?
For U.S. and Canadian memberships, acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, U.S. check or money order. For memberships outside the U.S. and Canada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and international money orders in U.S. funds are accepted.

Can I give my membership to a friend/family member?
Please note that TeamCeline memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I signed up for TeamCeline and I have not received my membership kit, what do I do?
Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for personalization and processing of your membership and delivery of your kit. Also, please make sure that we have your current mailing address on file. To update or double-check this information, go to The Boutique and log on to "YOUR ACCOUNT". You can make changes to your profile by clicking on "EDIT ACCOUNT INFO & PASSWORD".

If after 10 weeks, you still have not received your membership kit, Contact Us. Please ensure that the following information is included in your letter:

I signed up for TeamCeline. Why haven't I received any e-mails?
It is possible that your e-mail has a junk mail filter or spam protection. To make sure that you receive TeamCeline newsletters in your inbox and not in junk e-mail folders, please add teamceline@teamceline.com to your address book or safe sender list. You should also check your profile to make sure we have your correct e-mail address.

Why doesn't the TeamCeline discount show up when I add items to my cart and/or why can't I add items from the 'TeamCeline Exclusives' department to my cart?
In order to purchase TeamCeline exclusive items and/or take advantage of TeamCeline discounts at the Boutique, you must be a TeamCeline member. To access TeamCeline pricing, first log in to TeamCeline and then return to The Boutique to make your purchase. If the TeamCeline exclusive items and/or members-only pricing does not appear when you add items to your shopping cart, please try deleting your cookies and refreshing your web browser. If you experience any problems, please contact customer service at teamceline@musictoday.com.

How do I update my profile?
Simply log on to TeamCeline and go to "YOUR TEAMCELINE". Click on "PROFILE" and then on "EDIT PROFILE". You can also change your account information (mailing address, e-mail address and password) by clicking on "ACCOUNT" and then on "EDIT ACCOUNT”.

I've forgotten my password and can't access the TeamCeline area.
Simply click on "need id/password” on the TeamCeline login page. Your password will be e-mailed to you.

I've lost my membership card and need to know my membership number/expiry date.
All information regarding your TeamCeline membership, including your membership number and expiry date, is listed in "YOUR ACCOUNT". Simply go to www.teamceline.com and log on to "YOUR TEAMCELINE" to access your membership information.

I have lost my membership card, can I get a replacement card?
As a service to our valued TeamCeline members, we are now offering replacement TeamCeline membership cards for the low price of $5.00. This small fee is simply to cover the cost of producing and shipping your card directly to you. Please allow for 8-10 weeks for shipping. To order your TeamCeline replacement card, go to 'Your TeamCeline' and click on 'Replacement TeamCeline Membership Card' to download the order form.
 
If you do not have your card and you need proof of membership, you can print a copy of ‘Your TeamCeline’ profile instead!

You can present this printed profile as proof of your membership to TeamCeline. Simply log on to TeamCeline, click on 'Your TeamCeline' and print your profile page! This page will be acceptable proof of membership to pick up tickets for the Taking Chances World Tour.


I purchased Taking Chances World Tour tickets with my TeamCeline discount...how do I get my tickets?
TeamCeline tickets for the Taking Chances 2008-2009 World Tour will be held at the venue will call for pick-up on the day of the performance. TeamCeline members must present all of the following items to claim their tickets: TeamCeline membership card (or proof of TeamCeline membership), a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Ticket orders will not be mailed out and the Ticket Fast Print at home tickets option will not be available for TeamCeline tickets.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY
If you have not received your TeamCeline membership card, you can present a print out of your "Your TeamCeline" page as proof of your membership to TeamCeline. To obtain a copy of your proof of membership, log in to TeamCeline and click on "Your TeamCeline", and print out the page.

I only bought my TeamCeline membership to buy tickets and now I can't get the tickets I want - I want a refund...
All new members are advised (and are required to accept) before joining that tickets are on a “first come first served” basis and that TeamCeline memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We regret that we are unable to refund your TeamCeline membership.

TeamCeline is a members-only VIP Club offering Celine fans special privileges such as exclusive merchandise and significant discounts in The Boutique as well as the opportunity to purchase premium seating for Celine’s 2008/2009 concerts. As outlined on the website, TeamCeline ticket availability is on a first-come, first-served basis only. TeamCeline does not guarantee ticket availability for all price levels for every show. All orders are subject to TeamCeline ticket availability.


Why do I have to wait 7 business days after I join TeamCeline to order tickets from the reserved TeamCeline seating?
There is a seven business day waiting period after you have joined TeamCeline or renewed your membership before you are able to purchase tickets from the reserved TeamCeline seating area for shows in South Africa, Belgium, Paris, Nice and Geneva, and for all packages. This waiting period allows the authorized ticket agent time to update their system.


The 7 business days have passed since I ordered my membership and I can't order tickets?
If you have passed the required 7 business day period and still cannot complete your ticket order, please ensure that you are entering your TeamCeline membership number in capital letters with no spaces. Also, please be advised that you cannot "cut and paste" your number into the space provided but will have to type it in. If you are still unable to purchase TeamCeline tickets, please Contact Us.

If I order tickets outside the special TeamCeline block of seats, can I still get a discount and reduced service charge?
The special discount and reduced service charge only apply to the block of tickets that have been reserved especially for TeamCeline members.

How many tickets may I order from the special block of reserved TeamCeline tickets for the Taking Chances World Tour?
Each member may order a maximum of two TeamCeline tickets or two TeamCeline packages for the tour.
